Clear Lake Audio was built in 1987. Designed by George Augspurger, Clear Lake Audio is the result of Brian Levi's life long passion for music. Brian left Texas, at the age of 20, bound for Los Angeles  in 1975. He then attended Brian Ingoldsby's first ever class of Sound Master Engineering School where he was taught  by the "Master" himself, an experience he will never forget and to which he owes his entire career. In Loving Memory. After a stint at Quad Teck as a Disc Mastering Engineer (actual records) he then moved to Star  Track for four years where in 6 months became the Chief Engineer. After leaving Star Track and many years of freelance engineering, Brian decided to settle down into his own studio. Everything in these pages takes place in a 5000 sq. foot facility constructed from scratch. Since 1987 Clear Lake Audio has produced countless hits (see "Clientele"), and more importantly; countless happy clients. Whether starting your music from the beginning, overdubing, mixing or restoring and adding to old Masters through Analog Tape Baking and Digitizing we do it all.
